The Client
Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) provides public health services to the communities of Central Coast Council. Located between Sydney and the Hunter Valley the Central Coast is a popular coastal region attracting young families and retirees. The region experiences a higher than average population growth particularly in the Wyong Shire.
The region is served by two acute hospitals – Gosford and Wyong. Gosford Hospital is the principal referral hospital and regional trauma centre for the Central Coast, Wyong Hospital is a major metropolitan hospital while Woy Woy Hospital and Long Jetty Healthcare Centre provide sub-acute care. Additionally there are eight community health centres and other community based services.
The Challenge
In May 2019, CCLHD was looking for further development in H.Prime - for 360 assessments (external forms submissions). The CCLHD wanted to automate:
- The composition of individual emails to external users (nominees)
- The cumbersome process of sending nominations requests to (external users)
- Recording, updating and managing so many Excel sheets
- Accepting and tracking the nominees, form completion and adding data into sheets
- Aggregating the score for the candidate as a pdf.
The solution they needed was integration with external users, the automation of bulk emails to candidates and nominees, accessibility from mobile, iPad and laptop devices, a secure database, and a tracking mechanism where they could a permanent goodbye to spreadsheets.
The Solution
JAM Web Services successfully digitised the 360 Multi-score feedback in H.Prime where you can:
- Automate bulk emails to the candidates in a single click
- Receive nominations and view the status in a dashboard
- Automate bulk emails to nominees in a single click
- Data is recorded in a secure database: Microsoft Azure
- Accept and track nominee form completion notifications - automate in a system
- Automatic aggregation of assessment scores
